We LOVE this!

7 May 2019

You've probably walked past this location on your busy bustle to Pitt Street Mall but if you peek inside the little hole in the wall near QT Hotel Sydney, you're in for a surprise.

A 1960's themed Italian restaurant, Parlour Cucina has opened in the stunning little nook - complete with cracked floors that peek through to a wine cellar, this is a must for your next date night.

This creation is the brainchild of QT Hotels & ResortsCreative Food Director, Robert Marchetti, in conjunction with QT Sydney Executive Chef, Michael Box, Parlour Cucina pays homage to the heritage of the building and is reminiscent of the 1960’s café era.

From 6.30am Monday to Saturday and 8am on Sunday, Parlour Cucina specialises in flavours that evoke feeling.

Breakfast includes classic Italian espresso and artisanal milk varieties including hemp and date, paired with a menu of Panini Di Patate with truffled eggs, pancetta, asiago cheese and lemon spinach or a Spinach Pea Zucchini Frittata Wedge with a sunny side up egg and pickled chilli. YUM.

From 11am till 10pm the restaurant transforms into an escape from the bustle of the city specialising in simple, fresh produce.

You could sample their Beef Carpaccio and four cheese Arancini or re-train your tastebuds on what a classic six hour slow roast lamb Rigatoni SHOULD taste like!

So, now all we need is a date and... it's a date!
