The 2018 SEABL Campaign will be run across 20 rounds between April and August next year.
Conferences will be removed in favour of a full ladder where the top eight teams will enter a finals series.
Clubs will be allowed a maximum of three restricted players, which includes players outside the Asia/Oceania region.
