An 18 year-old woman has been charged following the death of an elderly man in Esperance.
The pair are allegedly known to each other and were involved in an altercation late Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the man suffered head injuries and was taken to the Esperance District Hospital but died shortly after.
The woman has her charges upgraded to Murder from grievous bodily harm in circumstances of aggravation.
She will appear in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday, May 3.
