The Baw Baw Shire Council has partnered up with Berry Street to officially launch the Communities That Care program in the region.
The program aims to improve health outcomes for young people by asking what is contributing to their health and well-being, and delivers support to reduce risk and better protect them.
Baw Baw Shire was one of the 18 municipalities across the country chosen to run the program.
The initiative will run for the next 2 years and has been funded by the state government and council.
