This morning on the show, Nick & Haydo spoke to the President of the Queensland Teachers Union, Kevin Bates, who's leading the charge for teachers to get more holidays.
Teachers aren't happy, after there was a recent deferral of a pay rise of 2.5%, leaving them $100 million dollars out of pocket.
Mr Bates explained it all in simple terms and what teachers are asking for from the government.
