Gippsland Jersey are urging customers to pre-purchase as much milk as possible in an effort to continue operating.
It comes after their current milk processor announced they would cease production in four weeks.
A crowdfund page has been set up with the aim of raising $100,000 in the next month so the local business can build their own processing plant in Lakes Entrance.
