A heartless act of vandalism at Wallsend cemetery has sparked a search for the family targeted in the attack.
In a Facebook post, Newcastle City Council made a public plea for information about the relatives of Dawn, Evelyn and GH Woodhouse, after a van was driven over two monuments and set alight.
Anyone with information is asked to contact council on 4974 2000 and ask for Kirra Williams.
