Here with great news to kick off your week is Griffith's Needy Paws, who have just announced a collaboration with Griffith City Council to donate 20 medium and 2 large dog beds to the Griffith Pound and Rehoming Centre.

The elevated, washable, trampoline-style beds will provide comfort to the dogs staying in the facility while the Centre does the best it can to ensure they are reunited with their owners or adopted into new homes.

And here's us thinking about all the dogs who will be sleeping in brand new beds tonight thanks to the donation...

Chair of Griffith Pound and Rehoming Centre Working Group, Councillor Doug Curran thanked Needy Paws for the donation, stating, “It is wonderful to see a local rescue group show such genuine interest in the wellbeing of our community’s animals.”
