For some crazy reason, Hughesy, Ed & Erin thought they were strong enough to handle the wrath of SAS's Ant Middleton and one of his terrifying training drills.
After completely handing themselves over to Ant, the trio were subjected to an ice bath during a live broadcast and the results were bloody hilarious.
We listen on as Hughesy, Ed & Erin are instructed to crouch in the water without presenting any facial expressions or noise (which is quite frankly, impossible), then forced to fully submerge with only their heads left above water.
Following hysterical laughter and screeching, all three completed the drill but only one came out victorious.
