And has clearly been busy during iso getting to know the locals as he has been spotted getting VERY friendly with a particular wait staff member.
She then proceeded to take out her phone, as the pair presumably chatted and exchanged numbers?
Like, honestly, why else would you get your phone out mid convo with Efron? We'll wait.
