It's Finally Happened... Science Says Cheese Is Good For Your Health

Finally... the day has arrived!

4 May 2017

Ladies and gentlemen.

This could be the most important story you read this year.

Reports abound online that researchers in America have concluded that easting cheese can actually be good for your health.

That's right... you read correctly.

Researchers from the Texas A&M University have suggested that aged cheeses including brie, mozzarella, gouda, parmesan, and cheddar are good for the health of your liver, all thanks to a natural compound found in cheese called spermidine.

(Yep, we chuckled too).

Apparently, spermidine is "able to prevent liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma, the most common type of liver cancer, developing by stopping damaged cells replicating"

There is a catch to all of this, however. The scientists reportedly also concluded that for cheese to be of benefit, you would have had to have eaten a lot of it, all from a young age.

That's pretty much all of us, right?
