Back in March when strict social-distancing orders were first implemented, we organised for Harry Potter fans across Australia to gather together (but separately) for weekly viewing parties of our favourite magical flicks.
Since then, 2DayFM’s ‘Watching Movies Together At Home’ group has emerged as a positive space for movie lovers to come together and socialise while watching classic movies.
Having laughed and cried our way through the Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts and Hunger Games franchises, this Saturday will see us all watch classic movie musical GREASE!
Yes, this 4th July we’re going back to Rydell High for a night of iconic music, costumes and romance!
It’s got groove, it’s got meaning, it’s the most successful movie musical of all time… GREASE is the word!
We encourage everyone to celebrate in any way you wish: dress up, create a special Grease-themed cocktail, bake a cake, order burgers and shakes … whatever you want! 🍔🥤 All you have to do is join our Facebook group HERE and be ready to hit play at 7PM AEST.
