Labor calls for probe

Labor's mounting pressure for Lyne MP, David Gillespie's property portfolio to be referred to government lawyers.

The Assistant Health Minister's eligibility to serve the parliament has been brought into question.

He owns a block of shops in Port Macquarie, with one leased out to a tenant who offers Australia Post services.

It comes as the High Court recently found Bob Day shouldn't have entered the senate, based on a similar investment.
