Newly eliminated Masterchef contestant, Derek Lau, has given a pretty open and honest appraisal on why he has been the latest contestant to be kicked out of the kitchen, labeling himself as a stubborn person, with tunnel vision.
The question on everyone's minds, however, is: "Why the quail eggs?!"
He also went on to explain how he respects the sometimes uncomfortable feedback, given to him by the judges.
