A man who brutally bashed his partner's baby nephew on the Central Coast in 2014 has had his minimum sentence increased by three years.
34 year old Andrew Nolan was last year sentenced to at least eight-and-a-half years jail for bashing seven-month-old Bobby Webber, who was left quadriplegic, brain damaged and vision impaired after the attack.
Appeal judges have today increased his minimum sentence to 11 and a half years.
