Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 14-year-old girl reported missing from Toowoomba earlier Thursday.
Georgia was last seen exiting a car and heading towards West Street.
Police hold grave concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.
Georgia is described as Caucasian in appearance and was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and was not wearing shoes.
Police are encouraging anyone who may have seen Georgia or who knows her whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
