A 27 year old Moe man is expected to be charged on summons after he was pulled over twice by police in a matter of minutes on Saturday night.
State highway patrol members caught him on Wirraway Street around midnight where he was found to be driving an unregistered vehicle on a suspended license.
A short time later, Latrobe Highway Patrol members caught him doing a burnout and he allegedly returned a positive reading to cannabis.
