OzHarvest has launched a digital solution - the OzHarvest Food App - to help tackle the hunger crisis and prevent food waste in regional communities.
It's part of the organisation's mission to address the national target and halve food waste by 2030, with the new app available to any business, and expects to rescue over 2,000 tonnes of food.
These will provide an extra 6,000,000 meals in the first year alone.
