According to The Ages, Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Paul Guerra saw these international models as a likely path for Melbourne.
With hopes of having around 70 percent of the population fully vaccinated by the Australian Open next year, Guerra said,
“I think that’s where we’ll probably head”.
While it’s no secret that Victoria is behind schedule on their vaccine roll out, Premier Daniel Andrews said,
"Once we've got many, many more people with the jab, we can then have a discussion about what that might mean for them”.
It is expected that one million doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be administrated each week across Australia until the end of August.
