Police are investigating an incident where a man was shot in the leg at Mount Gambier early this morning.
About 1.40am, Tuesday 20 November, police were called to Jubilee Highway after reports of a disturbance. On police attendance no-one was located. A short time later a man was located at a home in Mount Gambier with a minor gunshot wound to his leg.
The man was taken to the Mount Gambier Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Detectives for Mount Gambier are investigating the incident. This is not a random attack, all parties are known to each other.
