South Toowoomba Man Dies Following Single Vehicle Crash at Proston

Sadly there has been another fatality on our roads with a 40-year-old South Toowoomba man dying following a single vehicle crash at Proston yesterday afternoon.

Early information indicates a ute was travelling along Mundubbera Durong Road around 12.30pm when it left the roadway and struck a tree before rolling.

The driver of the vehicle, sustained critical injuries from the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Two passengers in the vehicle, a 50-year-old Newtown man and a 26-year-old Wilsonton Heights man, were both flown to Brisbane with non-life threating injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
