Six of the country's most celebrated winemakers will share the best they have to offer when the Winemaker's Dinner returns to Sanctuary Cove on Friday, July 26.
The intimate dinner will be held on the eve of the all-new Sunsets by Sanctuary Cove festival at the five-star InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort. The dinner will include a six-course degustation matched to six wines by the master craftsmen.
Quality reds and whites from renowned winemaking regions including the Hunter Valley, Barossa, Yarra Valley, McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills will be served, along with a champagne born from vines that are more than 50 years old and cultivated in the Les Riceys region of France.
InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort Executive Chef Matt Hart has also curated a menu that will leave guests in awe, with dishes including Moreton Bay Bug Terrine, Duck Breast with Honey and Goldband Snapper to be complemented by Salted Chocolate Delice and Tintenbar Triple Brie Cheese.
