Speaking with Jimmy & Nath this morning, the Alderman declared the highway needs more art, lights, sculptures, anything to make the busy thorough fair more appealing to drive and exciting for visitors.
He even went as far as recommending a monetary reward for those coming forward with ideas for the area.
