Wagga residents urged to dig deep for Winter Warmth

Men's and kids clothes in high demand

27 July 2018

It's a good time to clean out the cupboards this weekend, with annual charity drive, Operation Wagga Wagga Winter Warmth, kicking off on Sunday.

Warm clothing, blankets, bedding, canned food or anything that can help those who are struggling to make ends meet can be dropped off at Elders on Kincaid Street on Sunday between 9am and 1pm, or call Elders on 69 234 666 to arrange for donations to be picked up.

The goods will be passed on to the Salvation Army and St Vincent De Paul, and distributed locally to those doing it tough this winter.
