White Night brings huge crowds into the CBD every year for a night of installations and art. Usually, the evening happens in February when the weather is still warm and comfortable, but now you’ll need to bring a jacket.
The state government has announced a new three-day Winter Arts Festival which will now include the 12-hour White Night event. The government is also hoping to make it more family-friendly after getting complaints about overcrowding.
Confirmed dates haven’t been announced, however Melburnians will be waiting until at least August.
