A man cut a woman's neck with a knife and stole her purse in Melbourne after she refused to hand it over.
The woman, in her 30s, was walking near Inverleith Court in St Kilda about 3.30pm on November 29 when she was approached and attacked, before running home and alerting police.
Police have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries and would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the robbery.
